Time Management: Understanding your time and how to use it effectively. How not to misuse the time given to you weekly by allocating your time intentionally through purpose.

Understanding the basic principles of growing food and what nutritional value it provides. Exploring how the outdoors provide healthy benefits to the mind and body. Understanding the differences between urban and rural survival tactics.

Protecting individuals mental health by providing the necessary education and support to help during a crisis situation. Provide resources to those who are suicidal and have suicidal ideations and require immediate assistance. Annual Protecting YouthM Mental Health Series during the Summer June, July and August.
